Statement:
The mission of the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District is to
provide safe drinking water that meets or exceeds all of the State and
Federal Government standards and to maintain a water reclamation plant
that disposes of waste in an effective and efficient manner and provides
reclaimed water to the community. The
District will provide these services as economically as possible.
